Until August 2020, I tracked every single case in Canada; I loved seeing the information that came out of that, but it sucked up all my free time and became overwhelming. But as the vaccinations ramped up, I wanted to know the local situation to guide summer socializing. So I started tracking Ottawa, Ontario’s case, wastewater, and vaccination data, starting in mid-June, 2021, and have been tracking them every day, since then.

This ‘report’ is going to be stripped-down, to make it easier to share the analysis with others – copy and paste rather than 2-3 hours’ worth a week.

But with the vaccination campaign ramping up, I wanted a sense of the local situation to guide summer socializing. So I started tracking Ottawa, Ontario’s case, wastewater, and vaccination data, starting in mid-June, 2021. While I want to share my analysis with others, I’m going to try to keep this easier for me.
